Yang Sing's Cookery classes train students in all three disciplines of a Cantonese kitchen. We cover the areas of dim sum, roasting and wok cooking - you’ll be able to recreate a little bit of our restaurant magic in your own home.
Classes tend to be smaller group sizes and are hosted in working kitchens, with plenty of one-to-one tuition.
We have 2 tiers of classes; our Cantonese cookery class which lasts 2-3 hours and covers all the basics- places are available from £80 per person.
We also have our Cookery Master Classes which are part hosted by our chef patron Harry Yeung, and include a product sourcing trip. The master class lasts 3-4 hours and places are available from £120 per person.
